Sandelig Personers fulde Nava = True People's Full Nava (nativity?)

Man or Female Gender

Alder = Age

ægteskabelig stilling = marital status

Trøsbekendelse = Creed

Fodested = Birthplace

Stilling i families = Position in families

Af disse ere = Of these are
                        døvstumme = deaf and dumb
                        døve  = deaf
                        blinde = blind
                        Uden forstandsorner (Idioter) = Without understanding (Idiots)
                        Sindssyge = Insanity
